Vinification:
Short cold maceration on crushed grape skins to enhance primary aromas. This is followed by soft pressing, yeast selection, static decantation and fermentation in stainless steel with selected varietal yeasts at a controlled temperature. Autoclave fermentation using the Charmat method.
Aging:
60 days in autoclave
Grape variety:
100% Glera.
Appearance:
Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Very fine, persistent pearlescent.
Aroma:
On the nose it is sophisticated and elegant. The aromas of white fleshy peach are enriched with notes of exotic fruits.
Taste:
This wine is strong and surprisingly rich in flavor The foam is lively and persistent and supported by good sourness.
