Soil: Gravel soil of alluvial origin, stratified with sand and silt
Harvest: mid-September
Aging: five months on noble lees at a controlled temperature in a stainless steel bottle
Appearance: Straw yellow color, with pale golden highlights
Aroma: Rich, complex bouquet, both fruity and herbal. Aromas of sage, elderberry and tomato leaves accompanied by grapefruit peel and exotic fruits. A hint of flint on the finish.
Taste: Perfect balance between taste and aroma. Opens horizontally in the mouth with intense pungency. Vegetal and citrus notes supported by a constant feeling of freshness. Well developed, with a firm texture.
