Description

Composition of the Soil:
It consists of clay, marl and sandstone.

Harvest period:
Second week of September.

Vinification:
Short cold maceration on crushed grape skins to enhance primary aromas. This is followed by soft pressing, yeast selection, static decantation and fermentation in stainless steel with selected varietal yeasts at a controlled temperature.
Autoclave fermentation using the Charmat method.

Aging:
50 days in autoclave

Grape variety:
100% Glera

Appearance:
Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Fine, persistent pearlescent.

Aroma:
On the nose it is elegant and characterized by a well-articulated and subtle range of aromas, with aromas of white fruits enriched with hints of lime.

Taste:
Extremely fresh on the palate, it has incredible expressive length; citrus sensations enhance its lean and crisp profile. The perlage is very fine and the sourness is intense.
